This information is generally requested when clients register on any of MARC Data website. Additionally, Personal Data that clients voluntarily provide may also be collected, for example, in emails to MARC Data websites. MARC Data may also collect your Personal Data from other sources, including but not limited to regulatory bodies, supervisory authority, credit bureaus, credit reporting agencies, financial crime reference agencies, and from other sources which the MARC Data has access to. We may be obliged to disclose Personal Data we hold to law enforcement agencies. In such circumstances the use and security of that information is determined by the rules governing the relevant agency.
